A rare combination of trombone, baritone sax and quick wit, makes Jay a unique treasure. With experience in Jazz, R&B, concert band and orchestra, Jay's made the rounds bringing depth and richness to the finest horn sections in town, most recently, The Business. Band influences include Chicago, Tower of Power, Blood, Sweat and Tears, Earth, Wind and Fire, James Brown and the Crusaders. Individual influences include trombonists James Pankow, Fred Wesley, Wayne Henderson and baritone sax player Stephen "Doc" Kupka.
