Carlos: drums, lead vocals

Recognized for his versatility, Carlos got his groove on playing with numerous local musicians. Initiated in drum corps, Carlos’ love of drums has led him through explorations from straight ahead grooves to progressive rhythms. Equally comfortable with Jazz and Pop and driving R&B, Carlos has a talent for raising the energy level as many have expierienced in his performances with The Business. His major musical influences are Tony Williams, Dennis Chambers, Simon Phillips, Steve Smith, David Garibaldi, Dave Weckl and Salvador.
